Doing the P90x Routine
Sunday, November 2nd, 2008The P90x fitness is more that just a workout program. In doing this program, you will probably need to be committed and to stay focused. The Px90 exercises are combination of several exercises and use the concept of muscle confusion. It keeps the body from experiencing plateau effect where the muscles have the tendency to get conditioned to the workout therefore it will have little effect. The P90x exercise routines will keep you away from doing same workouts.
The whole program is broken down to three months then you will have one week off before switching to the next plan. The plan has 5 workout routine consisting of chest, back, kenpo and yoga. The first three weeks is muscle building that will wake your body and test your fitness level. Then it will switch to different levels of exercise. Everyday is always something new. This workout will work effectively if accompanied with good P90x nutritional plan.
