<p>It is already known to everyone that lots of water flushes unwanted substances in our body and helps in achieving healthy skin while vices like cigarettes, alcohol and drugs does the other way around. Enough rest and sleep and being stress free can also help you get a beautiful skin.</p>

<p>Vitamin A prevents your skin from dryness plus it delays aging. It also helps in repairing body tissues. You could get loads of Vitamin A by eating carrots, milk, cheese, spinach to name a few.</p>
<p>Vitamin B on the other hand promotes good circulation and improves skin color. Yoghurt, cereals and green leafy vegetables are just some of the foods rich in Vitamin B.</p>
<p>Also, Vitamin C is good for your skin. It helps you keep proper collagen levels that also help in healing wounds and making your skin smooth, firm yet soft and healthy. Aside from citrus fruits, vitamin C can also be found in potatoes, cabbage, sprouts and especially strawberries and broccolis.</p>

On the other hand, some people are more concerned with their health. Because of this, they would intake different supplements that make the different systems of the body function well.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">There is nothing wrong with being concerned with health OR beauty. In fact, it is a good thing that you want to keep the beauty in you, whether inside or out. However, it would be much better if we care for both aspects. Health and beauty usually come together. If you care for health, you also get beauty. On the other hand, being beautiful does not always necessarily mean that you’re healthy as well.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Having said that, we should always be careful with the products we use. There are already several health products that give positive effects on the skin and bring out the glow in you and using them would really be good for both your health and beauty. An example of this is Glutathione, an antioxidant that is traditionally used to protect the liver but is sometimes utilized to whiten the skin. On the other hand, choose the beauty products that will not harm your health by using organic products which are both health friendly and more effective than non-organic products.</p>
