Control Smoking

I even see his eyes twinkle with excitement when he sees discount cigars in the stores. Smoking can ease stress and now I have proven this to myself. It will not be harmful only if you don’t turn it to addiction. Control your want to smoke and make sure you don’t do it often. A stick or two whenever you’re tired and worried can help you release the stresses you have but a pack can surely burn your lungs.
