I can say that I had the most gifts last Christmas. From my mom, I got a brand new samsung gravity while dad bought me a new alarm system for our home. My sister bought me a sleeping bag, perfect for sleepy people like me. My husband on the other hand, gave me a gift certificate in a fitness gym, just what I needed after pigging out last holiday season. My kids even gave me gifts too. My daughter gave me a card the she personally made while my son gave me an angel figurine, a great addition to my collection. Christmas 2010 is really memorable. I wish this year’s Christmas would be as memorable as least year’s.

I always look forward to winter because I love the chilly weather and the thrills of playing in the snow. Before winter comes, I always make sure my crescent moon snowshoes are clean and good to go. In fact, last year, I bought a third pair because one of my snowshoes are getting old and ugly. Before, I used to buy any brand but now, crescent moon is the only brand I trust. Aside from the fashionable designs, comfort and warmth they also offer high quality snow shoes, perfect for snow lovers like me!

We usually buy old steel drum to store some of our rain water. We usually use rain water to wash the car and the garage, allowing us to save a lot on our water consumption. I know that steel drums are very useful in the industries for liquid products such as chemicals are safely stored in these containers. In fact I worked in a company that sells chemicals that is why I know where high quality steel drums are purchased.

My husband will be leaving soon for work abroad and since we only have one camera, we decided to buy another one so he would have something to use in the country he is heading to. We also bought memory cards to make sure he will have enough space to store all the photos taken. I was actually planning to buy an SLR camera but this is not possible at the moment. We would need to free more credit on our card before I could do this. For now, the simple digicam and memory cards would be enough.. For now..

Proper lighting is important in every home. It plays a significant role in the home’s ambience such as in the living room, garden, and dining room. It is also important in schools because it will allow children to be able to read comfortably and perform activities properly. With this, if you are buying lighting fixtures for your home or school, make sure you choose the right one. Make sure you consider the purpose of the lighting for it to maximize its use.

This year, my husband and I decided to spend Christmas a little bit different from how we used to. For our Godparents for our wedding, we decided to give them special gifts instead of them giving gift to us. For our godfathers, we gave them cheyenne cigars while we bought beauty product sets to our godmothers. We distributed the gifts a day before Christmas and they were all surprised by what we did. Thank God they really loved our presents.

My mom who is working abroad always makes sure she give us our gifts and feel the spirit of Christmas even though she is away. This morning, we just received mom’s cargo box that contains all our gifts. I received a new pair of shoes from Milan, something that I always wanted to have. Then my little sister got women’s rain boots, maybe a weird gift option but it’s just perfect for my sis and a cool GPS for my younger brother. We all loved our gifts but I hope next year, we would spend Christmas with mom – if this would happen, there would be no greater gift we could ask for.

My cousin, who is the one closest to my heart, just passed her licensure exams and with this, she also has started searching for a medical job listing to land a job where she could gain her first experiences in the field. I believe that she will be able to land a job soon because she was one of those on top of her class and she is very determined to find a job and put all her efforts, mind and heart into it. I am really proud of her!

Most of the time, I no longer have time to leave home and do shopping, my favorite hobby when I was still a student and when life was still so easy. But when I already worked, of course, things changed and life wasn’t as easy anymore. My priorities as well as my schedule changed, leaving very little tine for unwinding and relaxation. Good thing I have a psp at home that can cheer me up and save my day whenever I feel tired and stressed from work. Sitting in my couch with my PSP can already make my day.

Last night, we went to my cousin’s party and I was asked to do a special number fir the celebrant. Good thing I have my iphone with me because I have a collection of instrumentals that I could use for my number. I know my cousin’s favorite song so I sang it. I was nervous at first because I didn’t expect that I would do such thing during the celebration. Thank God I have my iphone to save the day!
