Before setting out to shop for anything, my mother always make sure that she knows where the stores that offer promotional products are. Whenever she takes me with her for shopping, she always manages to tell me that considering the purchase of some items offered in promotional sales could mean saving money. Although she loves store sales, my mother is a very wise shopper. She is not impulsive. Even though there is a lot in the store shelves offered in discounted prices, she only picks the ones she really needs, unlike other shoppers who cannot distinguish the difference between practicality and impulsive shopping.
